Hi David,
We will call you today at 4PM.
Thanks,
Danny G Sam
Team Lead, Web Services
So they did… a few emails went back and forth. I sent them some sample pages and asked for an estimate. No response.
Time for another letter to the CEO. It is now August 17th, 2007.. I emailed the email trails to him as well.
As you can see from the times below, I haven’t had much success in dealing with your company - and Sangeeta neither called me or emailed me.
I had heard many positive things about your business, but considering the lack of response from people there, it indicates that you are either too busy for me or aren’t well organized.
At this point, my work is finished and I no longer need you. I was going to use the graphic design as a test of your services and was going to hire a virtual assistant if the work was good, but unfortunately nothing was done at all.
As head of the company, I thought you should know.
David
Truth be told - I wasn’t finished, but I thought I was done with them. Time to start searching for a new designer… But for some reason, I don’t learn my lesson.
August 22nd 2007… an email from Vivek
David,
We are very sorry for the communication lapse from our side. I have asked Rajesh/Ashok to connect with you to understand your requirements and resolve any issues.
Well, this sounds good… Read on to part 4 to see if this does get resolved.
