I apologize for the late response and the inconvenience caused.
Yes David, we certainly can help you with the book layout. We do have a highly efficient team with experienced designers skilled in designing layouts (books, posters and banners) , brouchures, PPTs, Flash animations, 3D images, PDF catalogs and instruction manuals. The team first gets inputs such as width, height, paper material, printing quality and type and other specifications from our clients. Once the clients interests and plans are aquired, we start work immediately. We would also be providing you a daily update on the work done and interact with the client on calls.
David, please do let us know a suitable time to speak to you. I would have one of our design experts on the call so that we can know your requirements in detail.
Looking forward to work with you,
Warm Regards,
Danny G Sam

Wow.. Nice email. I had a couple of emails about specifications go back and forth… All the time they said they were going to call. They didn’t. I had other projects to take care of, but after noticing this had not moved forward I sent another email to the president and CEO

Just to let you know, since it is your company, that despite having a few emails back and forth that no one ever called me even though I had set up several times for them to call.
Best regards,
David
I mean, after all, it could just have been one or two people at the company that weren’t doing their job, right?
Within two hours, Vivek replied.
I am sorry. Sangeeta will set this right.
Wow… It will be set right now… Or will it? Read on to Part 3!

this saga is extended mostly because we gentle readers have to click back and forth a few pages to get to the next entry
wordpress gives you nice functions to output links to the next and previous posts - where’d they go?
interesting reading anyway, but at this rate i’ll be lucky to reach the final post
