FreePBX Cost Savings Pt 7-Call Routing

I think a PBX at home is great. Here’s another reason.

I have a few providers that I use for long distance calls. Some give me good rates in Canada, some give me good rates for the US, and some give me good rates internationally.

So I can divide up the numbers to use certain providers based on the best rates. Cost savings all around.

You can also, if your providers support it, use what they call ‘least cost routing’ to give you the best deal, calculated on a per call basis automatically. Wow.
