Dissent DOES EQUAL disloyalty. Yes, I’m turning around the typical dissent does not equal disloyalty.
If you are critical of any aspect of the system, even in the name of improvement, prepare yourself for a load of trouble. Administration at my board would consider this a personal attack against them. Even if I offer real solutions to real problems.
